International Warranty Service is a 15 months limited warranty including
technical support services.
This service is for the instruments purchased in Japan and exported to
countries where there're Cosmo's agents. The applicable instruments vary
depending on the country.
Please note that the Cosmo's agents won't provide any service on the products
for which the International Warranty service was not purchased in Japan
even if the instrument is applicable to the service in the exported country.
15 months limited warranty from the date of manufacturing.
If the purchased instruments should break within the warranty period, the local Cosmo representative would repair free of charge in the scope mentioned in the "International Warranty Policy".
We provide the precise and prompt services.
If you inform us of the detailed specifications of the customers' application,
our local agent will be able to provide the customers with the appropriate
service promptly when they need a help or support.
Although the field services will be charged, services on the phone, fax and e-mail will be free.
Calibration and repair will be performed by the skillful staffs of Cosmo agents.
The Cosmo's local agent will provide the customers with the periodic inspection
and repair other than warranty repair with a charge.
Major components are stoked at the agents.
Prompt service is available because we stock the major components of the applicable instruments at each local agent.
If the defectives cannot be repaired locally, the agent will send the instrument back to Cosmo Japan to have us repair it.
International Warranty Service is available in
U.S., Canada, Mexico, China, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia,
Singapore, India, Australia and U.K.
Additional "Local Agent Supervising Service" is available as
well!
The service is applicable to the products for which the International Warranty Service is purchased.
The staffs of Cosmo's overseas agents provide the customers with a training
session and technical advice in order to use Cosmo's testers in the optimal
condition.
The language used will be the local.
The service is available in all the countries where the International Warranty is applicable except Australia and The U.K..

training session in order to use Cosmo's testers in the optimal condition.
This service is applicable to the products for which the International Warranty Service is purchased.
Although approximate estimate amount of the service is mentioned in the
quotation, we'll submit a separate quotation when a customer concludes
the official contract for the service.
For the second supervising session, please note to have the end customers
directly contract with their local Cosmo agent.
Local Agent Supervising will be performed at the customer's plant.
The supervising will be performed at the plants where the instruments are actually used.
The language used will be the local.
Local Agent Supervising Service includes the followings.
Lecture on the test theory and the basic operation
Show the customers how the differential pressure leak test and the flow tests work and how to operate the instruments properly.
Lecture on the maintenance of the instruments
Show the customers how to perform the daily and the periodic inspections to keep the instruments in a good shape.
Verification of the test environment
Check the instrument performance and the settings. Also check the installation environment of the machine and give the customers tips if they need.
