Features
Compensation for environmental changes
Master-Preset Compensation feature compensates for drifts in data due to changes in environmental conditionsand to provide better detection accuracy and faster testing.
The compensation value can be manually entered as well.

A wide pressure range
Cosmo has the most diverse Differential Pressure Sensor (DPS) on the market today.
The DPS handles pressures from a full vacuum to 1.5 MPa.

Durable differential pressure sensor
Cosmo's highly durable large flow air-operated valve allows of stable measurement for various products.

Eliminating false rejection
Noise Reduction feature eliminates false rejects due to inevitable test noise or interference, and saves valuable production time by eliminating the need for complete re-testing.

Selectable display unit
The display unit can be selected from a pressure unit, Pa or a volumetric flow rate, mL/min.

Reliable pneumatic circuit
The Intelligent I penumatic circuit conducts a sensor performance check and a functional valve check at the end of each test cycle to ensure test reliability.
At the same time, it conducts air-operated valve performance-check and self cleaning of the circuit by air-blow to assure the reliability of the test.

Test pressure monitoring
Upper and lower limits for test pressure can be set.

Simple and easy maintenance
Calibration ports are easily accessible on the front panel for quick sensitivity check and comprehensive sensor verification.
You can conduct a periodic calibration of the differential pressure sensor by connecting a Leak Master to the port.

Optional Accessories
External exhaust valve, G3-M
External Exhaust Valve, G3-M, is used to protect the pressure transducer from being contaminated with oil, water and/or shaves inside the products to be tested.
Compatible for Low, Medium low and Medium pressure.
(Valve for High pressure is available by a special order)
Pilot pressure outlet for the G3-M is equipped to LS-1842 except for high pressure, extremely high pressure and vacuum.

Master chamber (standard)
Differential pressure decay leak tester requires a non-leaking reference volume called master. Ideally, the master should be identical to the part to be tested, but it is not easy to prepare.
The master chamber replaces the master. It is convenient when identical master canOt be prepared, several products are tested on a product line or the tested product has possible deformation.
